How do I choose the right size?

Do you have teen sizing?
Yes. Selected Kaleido Coast styles are available in our signature teen sizing, designed specifically for our older swimmers.
What are your swimsuits made from?
Fabric varies between styles. Many Kaleido Coast pieces are made using recycled polyester, while others use our thick, textured rib fabric.
You'll find the fabric details for each style on its product page.
How should I care for my Kaleido Coast swimwear?
After swimming, rinse your togs in cool fresh water as soon as you can.
Hand wash or use a gentle cold wash, then dry in the shade. Avoid bleach, tumble drying and ironing.
And please don't leave wet togs scrunched up in a bag for three days. They won't love you for it.
Orders & Delivery
Where are orders shipped from?
All Kaleido Coast orders are packed and shipped from our Auckland base.
How quickly will my order arrive?
For in-stock New Zealand orders placed before 2pm on business days, we aim to dispatch the same day for overnight delivery where available.
Rural and some regional deliveries may take a little longer.
How much is shipping?
New Zealand: $8.99, or FREE on orders over $99.
Australia: $14.99, or FREE on orders over $150.
What happens if I order a preorder item?
The expected dispatch date will be shown on the product page.
If you order preorder and in-stock pieces together, we'll send everything once your preorder arrives. If you want your in-stock pieces straight away, place them as a separate order.
Returns & Help
Can I exchange something if the size isn't right?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, have its original tags attached and have the hygiene protection intact.
