About Kaleido Coast
Childhood, in full colour.
If you’re going swimming, chances are it’s going to be a good day.
“Pack your togs” means beach days, bombs off the jetty, swimming until your fingers wrinkle, ice creams in the sun and making friends with whoever happens to be there.
Kaleido Coast was created to bring more of that feeling into childhood: more colour, more movement, more swimming and more really good days.
We were over beige.
Soft pastels. Endless blue. Princesses, trucks, flowers and sharks.
We wanted kids’ swimwear that was brighter, bolder and a whole lot more fun.
Then we read the research on swimsuit colour and underwater visibility. Turns out, colour matters in the water too.
So we went bright. On purpose.
Our bigger dream
More kids swimming.
We want more Kiwi kids to have the chance to learn to swim and feel confident around water.
As Kaleido Coast grows, we want to help more kids access swimming lessons and water-safety education.
